In response to the question of how they take constructive criticism, I'll say it has yet to be tested.
As for how well they deal with criticism, I'd say well. People harass Epitaph all the time and their responses do not consist entirely of curses, so they take it pretty well. Well done, Epitaph.

Trust not those that come forth swathed in pretty words but only those that come forth naked in their actions.

Shaamis is REBORN! Stronger!Faster! DRUNKER THAN EVER!!! - DeathSmile Guild on Hardcore - The Drunken Monk of Stormreach on all other servers!
I have been out for a few days, just poppin in here and there to poke around. So I haven't been posting here, and don't think I will be any time soon, it's summer, got things to do, people to see. Beaches to hit.
Just to clarify some things, the guy on page 1 that asked why I would post that and that it doesn't make sense (about the accusations against our guild):
How would you feel, if you had to manage 600 people all day long on a personal basis and you had 500 more asking you if the rumors about your guild are true, and asking for an explanation on that? I would rather they not need to worry and actually ask me for details on the guild rather than details on false rumors about the guild.
Someone else asked why I would boot an inactive that's only been inactive for a week. A level 1 to 3 character being inactive for a week is the equivalent to your 15+ alts being inactive for a month, in my opinion. You could do the Korthos island beginner quests and be halfway to level 3 just from that. Then you could do the Korthos slayer quests, or go to Stormreach and do those quests to level 4 in like an hour, I've done it. It's not hard, and frankly, if a character that takes an hour and a half to level past the levels I kicked is inactive for a week, I am able to assume a couple things, which I stated before since you seemed not to have noticed: 1) They are either a player who has quit the game, or 2) They are an alt that's not going to get used any time soon.
I'm not trying to be mean by so bluntly removing an inactive level 1 from my guild because it's been inactive for a week and I don't see any activity in the near future either, and I apologize to those who might have gone on vacation and can't play their 1, but I am trying to run an active guild and when I hit the player cap 3 times in a single day after 50 people asked me to remove their alts to make room, I decide to clear out the very low level in-actives who have been gone long enough to have made those characters level 10.
Anyway, my eyes hurt from too much swimming and looking at this screen is murdering them. So with this I will see you guys later, I hope this clarifies some things with those who don't understand the situation.

For those envying the not-so-selective guilds' reknowns I say don't hate the player, hate the game.
And who's to say what guild philosophy is 'correct' and what is not?
If a new player refuses to play the characters that the elitists tell them to, they way that they tell them to and is therefore denied access to the high ranked more selective membership guilds, is it not good that they have a way to access guild airships and such? (well I guess some might say no, but my money is as good so they're welcome to their own opininon) If a player is having fun running quests on casual with casual people playing their non-optimized characters the way they want to and dying some in the process, they certainly have the right.
I wish Cannith would have a non-selective high reknown guild. ;-)

Yeah but it's fun. And it is good practice for the the types of working together later that are needed.
Ran with a couple of E guys in TS last night. They were ok. Kept telling me how smooth that TS spine run was (I had the star). Personally I found it a little boring 'cos it had none of the usual chaotic pug maddness. There were at least 3 backseat leaders in there (didn't pay attention to which guilds)
I managed to horrify I think it was one of the E people telling them that my guildie and I were going to 2 man it but had decided to pug. Next time I lead it I think I'll put "zerg. leaving in 2mins. byo buffs". Much more fun. Except I still get lost in the water bit![]()

Epitaph are ok. Leave them alone peeps to do their own stuff.
I am leader of the Korthos Army guild on argo server and we are a full guild but we have a Korthos Army second division going strong and with plenty of space for new members! they are a lvl 10 guild mostly lvls 1-6 *** a few that are close to 10. as of right now they dont have as many actives on at once as the mother guild but they are only a few days old. korthos army is a lvl 32 nearly 33 guild with many members low lvl but everyone is starting to lvl prety fast, and we kick members after 3 weeks of inactivity or 2 weeks if they are like lvl 1-2 and we need space for a new member wanting to join.
korthos army already exists on kyber. no we will never leave argo. we could never strike such a blow onto the best server
