So i have some Questions.. i'm from Germany and my boyfriend and i decided to buy some Turbine Points - 420 for him and 420 for me. I am the only one of us who have an Paypal Account so we thougt we could pay for both accounts - mine and his - via Paypal.

For my account it worked. But not for his, i get a error message when i click on the Purchase Button. In my emails i have an email that i authorized for the payment. I testet this now seven or eight times and always got the error. So i searched this forum and read that there is a problem with two or more Accounts on the same Paypal. But i have never linked my Paypal Acc to my Game Acc. Was that done automatically? Because it is so bad that i have the Points and couldn't get them for my boyfriend too. We both wan't a Creditcard.. so is there a way to get the points via my Paypal Account for the Account of my friend too?

There is a known issue right now where PayPal accounts are limited to purchases on one subscription. We're working to update this, and you'll be able to buy points with your PayPal account on his subscription when it's fixed.

However, please note that we don't recommend adding your payment information to other people's accounts (not even with family) as it can be used for additional charges at any point. If your boyfriend has his own PayPal account he can use, that should work fine for him.
