I don't see where the confusion lies. Asked and answered. It stacks.

I have already answered this twice in this thread alone.

    it stacks multiplicatively..

if you have 3 pally PL feats you'll have 1.15 to multiply to your base (1.157 rounds to 1.15)

    1(base) 1.05 (pl) x 1.05 (pl) x 1.05 (pl) x 1.2 (leviks) x 1.3 (epic gloves of claw) x 1.1 (dt armor) = 198% healing amp

The real fun comes from healing amp builds where every bit matters.

My current project, a human pure monk:
    (1 (base) + 0.1 (finger necklace)) * 1.3 (monk) * 1.3 (human) * 1.25 (bracers - fire stance) * 1.1 (ship) * 1.1 (DT) * 1.2 (DT) * 1.3 (Egloves claw) = 4.3863105

    Add in the past lives...4.3863105*1.05*1.05*1.05 = 5.0777...

That is why multiplicative is better than additive, unless you are a WF with low amp. Although in the past life case here, the difference between 1.15 and 1.05^3 is minimal, but good to know for projecting calcs.

finger (1.1) and DT (1.1) don't stack even though they are calculated differently.

aside from that, yeah you'll be drinking yourself alive w/ cure moderate pots.

Urge... to post in healing amp related thread... rising....

    *will save*

    *Success!*

Since the answer has already been given several times, I don't need to chime in confirming it.

Does. Finger necklace isn't healing amp at all, since it was coded by entirely differently, probably by different devs.. Since its such an old effect that predates healing amp. It actually works better then healing amp, especially for warforged.. Since it gets calculated in earlier ( or at least can, and thus compound with all your other effects better)..

It gets calculated in depends on the order of when you equip it. So if you equip it last, you actaully get less amp.
For best amp, put on finger neck, then unequip and reequip all your amp. Kinda annoying for DT armor since the long delay (and probably impossible for PL pally without relogging).. but tyea thats what I do when i tank horoth elite sometimes for my 207%.
Not sure how it adds up but I have
    10 + 20 + 30 + 10 (ship) +10 (finger) = +107%... tested via SF pot.

but ya thats a lot of text to basically say em ya.. go read the healing amp guide someone made.

    amp = multiplicative
blood/WF enhancements = multiplicative, but adds to BASE amount for warforged.
    finger neck = crazy math

upcoming new source of fleshmaker (armor) will actually be better then DT 10%, because of how it works.. and will let me keep on my shintao set.

it stacks in the way that it adds to the base.

from what I've played with (ugh i'm ont 16 so I can't put my DT back on yet)

    assume you're at .5 base....

you put on the necklace you are now at a .6 base then you multiply the rest of your stuff.. but if you have a 2nd .1 item you won't multiply by 1.1 with it..

My 20 and 10 % item are one and the same, but when i've equipped the necklace THEN my DT (20/10% item) i get more healing.. when i equip my DT then the necklace my healing DOES'T go up.

^ I toyed with this on my 2nd life, long time ago.. unless it's changed having both the necklace AND another 10% item doesn't do anything.

the necklace will give you more when equipped first... yes
