Human 28pt sorcer build help plz!!

basically what the title said. i have don wizzys and everything else but sorcers im a little wigged out abut. i need a good 28 pt build for a human sorcer starting from the beginning feats and at every lvl afterwards including spells. thing is i want a sorcer focusing on fire.ice mostly for increase DPS, so help me please!
