Guild storage on airship bugged, GM told me to go here

I recently purchased a small guild banks torage for our airship at level 25 because members were very interested in it, but nobody could access it except for myself. The guild leader was not on at any time during this, and no officers could open it either. I submitted a ticket in game and the GM told me to go to account support. Being new on the server, I only had 20 thousand plat while the little chest itself cost 12,500 plat. Looks like I bought a 3 day 20 slot personal bank unless this can get fixed.

I'm sorry, but we can't provide support via the forums for specific accounts (just provide general information). You will need to call or complete the web form (both in my signature) for Account Management assistance.

Please note that the Account Management department can only assist with items purchased from the Turbine Store, or points purchases. For other items (purchased with gold, plat, etc) please contact a GM.

ya gotta be kidding me, thank god were not the only ones at least, i really hope this gets fixed because me and rest of our guild have spent over a 100$ in buying and saving all those Astrals, and now finding out one of the most used/need necessities does not work kinda sucks, just please fix Turbine Staff i would and behalf of my whole guild really appreciate it - God Bless Rick
