    Exclamation Help please!

I'm sure you guys get alot of these. I rolled a Human Barbarian, and then I chose Bastion of the Outland. Turns out, this was a VERY bad idea. I am currently level 5, and what I'm asking is:

Is it too late? Should I reroll? Or can I be saved? If so, can someone point me towards a build I'd be able to follow for a good THF barbarian?

    My stats are:
    str: 17 +3
    dex 10
    con: 19+4
    int 8-1
    wis 8-1
    cha 8-1

    134 hp
    AC 19+2
    Base attack bonus 5
    fortitude 10
    reflex 3
    will 2

    Thanks.

What feats does Bastion of the Outland give you? I'm not familiar with the paths.

I'm so new to this. lol. lemme know if this wasn't what you meant.
    Defensive Fighting
    Dismiss Rage
    Fast Movement
    Heroic Durability
    Light Armor Proficiency
    Martial Weapon Proficiency
    Medium Armor Proficiency
    Rage
    Shield Proficiency (General)
    Simple Weapon Proficiency
    Sneak
    Sunder
    Toughness
    Trip
    Damage Reduction
    Uncanny Dodge
    Power Attack
    Trap Sense
    Improved Uncanny Dodge

These are the feats it gives, up untill level 5.

I've invested in a whole bunch of rage enhancements and a power stance enhancement. don't exactly remember what else.
the whole thing is on the Compendium here:

Why exactly was it a very bad idea? What exactly don't you like about your build?
Your stats don't seem perfect, but ok, I guess.

I'd suggest you forget about the paths, read up a bit on how everything works with the stats and enhancements, then
Personally for a first 28pt build as human I would go

STR: 18 is your main stat, so max it.
DEX: 12 not a main stat, but still improtant for reflex saves
CON: 16 obvisously your second main stat (or whatever you wanna call it..), so should be reasonably high as well. don't need to maximise it though. As a barbarian you will have loads of HP even if you sart off with "only" 16 con (consider the con human adaptability constitution II enhancement to improve your con as human)
    INT: 8 dump stat
WIS: 8 not necessarily dump stat, but you don't have any points left. But your Will Save will be high enough at end-game with items/buffs/rage
    CHA: 8 dump stat

Shade is kind of a reference for barbarian builds. Even if you don't copy his build 1:1 it's still a very good build to have a look at to get a general feeling/idea about the barbarian class.

    Always choose the custom path.

Level 5 is nothing in the grand scheme of things. Reroll.

This looks great, and yeah, My stats don't look to bad yet, but I'd heard alot of people complain about the Bastion path. Shade's build looks great, and I thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Well the paths were (supposedly) all updated with the last content update, so they shouldn't be as horrible. Your stats and feats so far don't look horrible; you can always opt out of the path and choose yourself what you get form here on out.

Edit: Looking at the link... 4 Toughness and Sap? You'll be okay if you opt out and continue if you don't feel like rerolling.
