looking for fun guild, any server

hello. I'm relatively new to DDO (been playing for about 3 weeks now) and although I enjoy the game very much I'm getting tierd of playing in pugs all the time. Thus I'm looking into getting in a friendly, mature guild of people that want to group with guildies and play for fun (not a fan of farming/powerleveling etc...).
I live in europe and mostly play in the mornings (around 8-10 AM GMT), sometimes in the evenings as well tho, and thus I'd enjoy mostly an european-based group or australian one (so I play in the morning with aussies that play in the evening). as far as language is concerned, I'm afraid I have to stick with english, tho I can handle some french and italian (spoken, not written :P)
if anyone thinks they'd like a member like me and that they have something to offer, please reply to this post or send me a message/tell (I have some characters on a few servers, all of them named elessarix or elendix, so try to add me to friends and see if I'm on)

The best guild on the Khyber server is Wasted Talent. The ppl there are wonderful, especially to new players. They are helpful and extremely friendly. Contact Shoughie, Zexxon, Gildoman or Melocity for an invite and they will be most happy to have you.

Well that is pure opinion, here is the fact; you do not have Emili, so you can't be the best!

My 2cp OP is to go through the guild listings and see if there are any there that match with what you want. The other option is to run with different guilds in game to see which is a good fit.
