Offensive cleric spells

I am new to the cleric class and I have a level 8 cleric on Thelanis and he is set up primarily as a healbot. Sometimes I cant get a group and would like to solo which means changing out my spells, but I know basically nothing about the offensive spells. I did a search and came up empty. Does anyone know of a thread with a good discussion of cleric offensive spells or can you make some recommendations for a level 8 cleric.

Did you try those Divine Power and Divine Favor, combine with occasionally Command and Sound Burst?

Generally you'll want to use a combination of melee buffs and stun/AoE effects at your level. Divine favor, divine power (possibly from a clickie), and aid (from a Korthos clickie) will enable you to melee fairly well, possibly bolstered by nightshield or shield of faith depending on your gear. But your best means of damage avoidance will often be immobilizing your foe(s), with command and soundburst your best options until you get greater command at 9th level. Don't underestimate the 4th level AoE bursts either, not so much for the damage they dish out but rather for the conditions they inflict. (Holy smite is the conventional choice but order's wrath can actually be more useful in many situations.)
