Plus on top of that u cant even see that video! all u see is a bunch of shadows. Please just follow ppls advice and post how u get certain stats: ac,stats,intimy,etc. And show them wen there on ur character sheet. Conc Opp only procs when you are hint for 1 or more damage also so misses do nothing just like scourge.

High quality doesn't change the fact that you can't see what's going on. Nothing but dark shadows. I'm pretty sure you're being attacked by a bunch of orthons but there's really not much to see.

It also triggers on grazing hits.

well actually the hitpoint portion works with 0 s for damage....the mana portion you need atleast 1 damage .....i know this due to my cleric always balancing his dr to take the least damage he can but still enough to get the mana hits

So even though these items have been out over 2 years, they are no good to high ac tanks according to you and a lot of so called build experts.

I suggest you actually try it instead of following the crowd.

Watch the video, at no time was the con op not procced just as the scourge choker would be.

HINT: I will help you junts if ya want the things to proc on low level content drop your AC and have fun with it. But when ya start playing high end content or epic they work just fine as a tank. IF YOU ARE NOT TANKING THAN YOU MAY SWITCH EM OUT IF YOU ARE A HIGH AC TOON


This post was intended to help peeps who tank horroth sulo or solo high end content , extra hp from the choker is nice when horroth disintagrates,

The con op is always proccing as my video not so clearly shows.

So instead of the hate and jelous rage you seem to be getting worked into. A smart player can adjust their stats accordingly on the fly to accomidate the equipment he or she intends to use.

Just because I can reach a decent AC does not mean I keep it there, so 1 dimensional

Now let peeps who are on high end content let them try these items as they work, Instead of pretending you know everything and post they do not.

(It would be obvious a tank could not get them to proc often in waterworks but we are not talking about that ARE WE???? )

Well he posted with the assumtion that the choker would not be effective on an high AC tank.

Well in fact he is very wrong in high end content you always get hit no matter the AC an than comes to a decent DR to help Mitigate damage.

He of all peeps should know that and he does.

you need to swing to kill mobs

and there the choker lowers your dps by a huge amount

pro-tip: even with an AC of negative 4 the scourge choker reduces your DPS in most situations
