    Default Paypal no longer working

    For the past week I've been trying to purchase turbine points with paypal using both instant bank transfer and card as my source of funds however when it comes to finalize and click purchase at the very end of the purchasing process it just gives me an error.

    I receive emails from paypal confirming that I have authorized payments. However nothing occurs.

    I've purchased points before without any issue and was wondering if there were any changes i should be aware of that would prevent points purchase or if anything would be the cause?

    There is a known issue with PayPal accounts that are linked to multiple subscriptions. At this time the PayPal account will only allow you to purchase points on the first account it is linked to. We're working to fix this.

    If your PayPal account isn't linked to multiple DDO subscriptions, please contact the Account Management department so they can look into this further for you.

    Thank you very much for the quick response.

    I am using it on my first account and it does not seem to work however the email for my paypal and turbine are different. Does this have any effect?

    I don't believe it should. At this point, I really do recommend that you contact the Account Management department so they can look into this further for you.

    Alternatively, you could get a pre-paid card to purchase points.

    Hi
    I am also trying to purchase points through Paypal and keep getting this service is unavailable. My CC is linked to another account and gives me an out of region error. Have purchased points through Paypal before the latest update but not able to now. Are Turbine having issues with Paypal again.
