    Default Airship Paint - store lacks info

    Ok so we just got our Airship, and my wife wanted to paint (hmm sounds like home) She looked and purchased the paint. No where in the description did it mention a GL25 restriction..... However when she went to use it, it is not available...

    Not cool - descriptions need to be up to date...

    Default Airship Paint

    I have spoken with our product development team and confirmed that there are no Guild Level requirements to using paint colors on the airships, only Guild Leader or Guild Officer requirements which is currently listed in the description.

    Then that's a bug and the min guild level requirement which is there in game should be removed

    and please don't just stop at this one, fix all the other ambiguous descriptions throughout the store that only become apparent after purchases.

    The paints very clearly list a MGL requirement of 25 after purchase, and they in fact are not usable before GL 25. The store does not list this requirement. Someone should be looking to make sure the store descriptions and items match regardless of the intended design. That the item is built wrong is another issue.

    Can we get a review of all content.

    For example: Three Barrel Cove Guest pass. No-where in the description does it say that it cannot be applied to a >Level 3 character. Only once purchased is this conveyed to the customer.

    A little late for my wife who's out 500 points for a while, but thanks for the update.

    IMO you should have allowed the paint to be GL20 for all that was already purchased....

    It's mentioned in another thread that the "white" interior paint in fact defaults the color back to the original wood stain. I hope this is being looked into also. Some points:

    1) The descriptions should match the actual color resulting. If it is meant to restore the original color, it should state this.

    2) White should be a legitimate color choice.

    3) It is not clear from the descriptions if these are one time use paints. If they are, it is not good news. I do not want another officer to have the ability, on accident or not, to waste the points I used by painting over my paint. If I've got more points than I know what to do with, I would also like the more reasonable option of switching up the paint jobs once in a while. Without this option, I am very unlikely to make any future paint purchases at all.
