New sheild block?!?!

I was doing pvp with a friend when i saw that:





Thats a sweet animation for sure but were does it come from?

When I asked him he had no clue about it.

There even seem to be a new animation when you get triped :



It's not the best screenshot but you can see the sheild isn't on the ground anymore like it does when you normaly get triped.

I tried on other people and I only saw the same animation on fvs' with multiple reincarnation (3 and more )
Does anyone have any idea were this thing come from?

Is it really caused by the multiple reincarnation?
