Are there any more? Devotion affects incoming healing from fists if light. Fernia gets a bonus to firebreath finisher(maybe to something else too?). Fists of light is counted as a lvl 1 effect.Do potency I items affect monk elemental moves ? Im baffled ...

Not sure what exactly is being asked but the only part of that that seemed like a question was do potency items affect elemental moves. The answer is they affect finishing moves but not the individual strikes. Hopefully that answers your question...

So finishing moves are affected ? Does that include touch of dead ? I Posted when i was at work and i guess i will just get a pot I item from somewhere and test it myself now

no, since ToD is not a finishing move. I mean lets get real on that one. If it did every monk would be running around with a 750 ToD and doing double of that 80% of the time for a 1500 combo, and a 2250 triple proc. Seems a bit crazy. But on the rational side again, no it should not affect it since it is not a finishing move and counted as a spell.

Devotion affects outgoing healing, just happens to be hitting you too. Potency I will affect healing ki and Burning hands, also superior ardor I pots boost healing ki considerably (+75% non stacking iirc), are cheap, and last 3 mins
