Was wondering if there was something out there like this? I was tossing the idea of it in my head, but so not want to re invent the wheel if one already exists.

There are a few ways to go on this. Mind explaining the rational behind the build?
Was looking to take advantage of the offhand proc: tempest II
Was looking for a solid tier one pre that would work with the build that was as useful as (if not more useful) than those extra 6 levels of ranger: Paladin (likely KoTC)
then had two levels to work with after. I was thinking fighter for the feats, but now not really too sure. The two feats are not really "needed" per say, but are always nice. The build can work without them. So maybe 2 levels of rogue for some skill points?
Basically looking for a dps character and to take advantage of tempest II. Not really looking for exploiter though, as I am very able to add some other classes to the mix to have more stuff to play with. I am not afraid of weird mixes that might take a little extra work/time/skill to use.
I did look over some of the tempest ninja spy builds, and I like them. They fit pretty nicely. I just really wanted to try to work with some of the paladin stuff. If it does not work out, then I suppose I would go with the ranger/monk/rogue stuff. They look like fun too.
Just a few thoughts on it:
If you are planning to go ranger 12 / paladin 6, you might want to consider monk 2 instead of fighter 2. Both give 2 feats but the monk also provides evasion which should go nicely since you receive both dex and cha to reflex saves. Not sure if you have sufficient wis and dex for a decent ac though (kind lazy to calculate it out :P).
If you find yourself unable to fit in the cha, another path you could take is to go 8 Kensai. It opens up fighter strength II, fighter haste III, greater weapon focus and weapon spec (feat and enhancement I). Paladin does do more damage with smite evil, divine might, divine sacrifice but if your looking for sustained damage over burst, fighter does the job too.
Opening rogue levels would give access to DD and OL but prepare to make investments into int for skill points. Also be prepared to take your paladin levels first so as to let your rogue and ranger levels to 'catch up' with the lost skill points (likely you gain Tempest II at level 20).
Just wanted to make a quick point about your reason for monk. Evasion----->ranger 12
Other than that, thanks for the advice. The burst stuff with paladin is what kind of intrigues me. Having monk instead of fighter would do the trick though, and add to the builds already pretty nice saves. WSS is always fun.

fighter honesty doesn't bring much to the table and you would get full umd

The Guardians of Golden Gold, because guarding golden gold is serious business
Yea, but it brings 2feats. pally 7 gets +1saves, ac, an extra smite and 10 more hp, 1rogue get 1d6+3 sneak attack and 3more UMD points.
the 2 feats can be inner change able, like u can dump quick draw and get +1 saves also u could trade out Force of personality for a toughness or +3 UMD. So yea 12/7/1 can work but i would rather stick with 12/6/2
