Offhand frost weapon -- which one should I keep?

Had this short sword for quite some time -- lately only use it as secondary TWF against ghouls (axiomatic) and hell hounds (frost). I think the kama I just acquired is superior -- what do you think?

Shortsword remains superior. Especially once you finish upgrading the frost to Icy Burst.

That being said, keep both (as two weapon sets if you can). Cold Iron + Greater Chaotic Outsider Bane is awesome for smacking around any demons you fight.

It's going to freaking shred Fire Reavers.

That's what I was thinking too. Keep it in bank, and take out for quests with flensers and reavers.

As in "could barely see through the mob of my party members as I was putting arrows in it"

Cold iron without /Good is pointless on Demons.

The bane and the ice will work on the reavers, but this will be a terrible weapon against flensers.
