Greater Hearts Overpriced

I've been considering purchasing a greater heart for one of my old 28 point characters for a while now, but I'm always shocked about just how much more the Greater Heart of Wood is compared to the Lesser Heart.

A Greater Heart of Wood is always exactly 600 points more than it's comparable Lesser Heart. To me, this really borders on the excessive. I understand this is paying for the convenience of not having to reroll an old character, but should a regular Greater Heart be more expensive than both the +3 Lesser Heart and the True Heart? 100-300 point increase seems much more reasonable in my opinion.

I have to wonder if anyone is actually buying them at this price. There must be some demand if the hearts are not dropping in price.

I can only speak for myself, of course, but I've bought two of them this past week. My mains on 2 different servers -- my first 2 characters that made it past level 4 (earlier characters were rerolled, etc) and didn't begin to show signs of 'build weakness' until about level 8 or so -- needed overhauled so instead of going through it all yet again (I have some 6 other characters coming up through those levels, so I want my main 2 to see 'new content' still) I bought 2 hearts: one a +3, and one regular. I can say that the experience of learning my weaknesses and having a chance to correct them has made my characters both ~infinitely~ more useful and fun to play. Overpriced or not...in the end, I perceive the points I spent as a value for my play experience.

Just a perspective look at the cost from a still-somewhat-new player's point of view.

The benefits of a GR over a TR is that you end up at your original level after doing it, not having to grind thru all (up to 20) again. I don't know about you, but not having to do that is work a bunch of points to me. That was a large part of the reason I still have a number of old 28 pt characters on my accounts, I did not wish to reroll and make that long journey again, while other players did so routinely.
