Draconic Vitality lost after Lesser Reincarnation

So I recently decided to do a lesser reincarnation to adjust some skill points and stats. Before the reincarnate I had the Draconic Vitality from the Agents of Argonnessen favor reward.

After the reincarnate it is not in my feat breakdown and I can't get it again from the favor agent.

Has anyone else had this same problem? I know its just 10hp but that can sometimes be the difference between life and a soulstone.

Agreed - I still remember when I asked the party to wait for me to get my 150 favor reward before doing Madstone.

During the initial fight with the waves of mobs, I got incapped...

This is unbelievable but considering the run around I'm getting, you might as well kiss it goodbye. I can't believe they don't address these problems.

All I get is "Submit a bug report" and when I do the automated response tells me to submit the bug report somewhere else...

Besides in game, on the forums, through the support website what else is there? I'll write a snail mail letter to someone if I have to, or better yet where do the Dev's live i'll bake them a cake and go visit them in person.
