can u reset the spells uve already learned?

Say what?

Wizards get spells two ways:

1) When you level up, you can choose spells to put into your spellbook.

2) You get scrolls and scribe them into your spellbook. Scrolls can be in chests, bought on vendors, or bought on the AH.

Once they're in your spellbook, they're there to stay.

But you can go into your character screen, and choose the spells from your spellbook that you would like to currently be able to cast. You can switch those in any tavern, or just after resting at a shrine.

Find the Level 1 and Level 2 scroll vendor, buy the scrolls you still need, buy Level 1 or Level 2 Spell Inscription Materials. Drag the Inscribe Scroll Feat onto your hotbar. Select a Scroll, click your Inscribe Scroll button.

Protip: There are many spells that can't be bought at scroll vendors. You can only get them from random scrolls in chests (or on the AH, from other players). It's in your best interest to select these spells when you level up, then get the rest from the scroll vendor. I've lost track of which spells they are.

Protip2: You can scribe scrolls before you're able to cast them. If you go to the Level 3 scroll vendor, and scribe all those scrolls, then when you level up and you're shown the list of Level 3 spells to choose from, whatever is there was obviously not available at the vendor.

Sadtip: This is kinda expensive for a new player.
