So a couple friends and myself form up a DQ this weekend mostly a pug group and we get this caster whose name starts with an X, as most of us don't know him we asked about his spell pen to make sure he can stick the needed spells, now I have no problem with bringing people on my epic runs as long as I know that some things need to be explained, this guy had no idea where his spell pen was but said he took all enhancements and informed us he had a bloodstone to further help it, now some people politely at first informed him that wouldn't help his spell pen. At which time he informed us all we were wrong. Anyway we ended up doing it without a caster.
So last night I see him in a von1 epics I'm in, and figure what the heck I believe in second chances, well he goes afk at the locked door near shrine without saying anything, so we have like 20 mobs running loose for about 5 minutes, granted you can jump on the roof but the all that ranged damage nearly wiped us, thank goodness we had Mahmood one of the best clerics out there. So I'm having trouble getting him to cast firewalls and hastes, I'm having to get louder and louder thinking maybe he doesn't hear me asking. So we get to final fight was head up top and I notice he has like 0 mana, and I'm thinking he is gonna drink a pot or. use bauble, wrong.......we get up top and he ddoors to use the shrine......leaving us kiting while he is playing skipotomyloo through the dungeon. So much for second chances, maybe I should have followed my gut feeling on this fella. His name sounds like santini.......BEWARE!

To take noobs on Normal-Elite Quests is one story..but to take them on Epic...well

Epic quests are just not made for noobs.

Ouch! Had the same experience with him while on my 19 tank. Couldn't imagine epic. +1 Rep for surviving von1 without a caster.

It's not just you that's had problems with him. I've had the misfortune to run a few shrouds that he was in. Claims lag the entire time and that he can't cast, but manages to summon his skeleton caster and stand in front of every portal doing nothing. Claims lag the rest of the instance, does nothing and then D/C's on part 4 and drops group.

I honestly think I'd rather have a Lobotomy than take him.

Got in a PUG with that guy once...now I safely stay at least 100feet away from any group he's in.

Had an X-perience with this dude on his alt in a shroud, had 2
guild healers in there in pt 4, both of them are solid players and
we hit one of those redonkulous lag spikes that make the group
nice and dead in about a second. Not dps lag but the other
much nastier kind.

So abovementioned dude starts screaming that you ()*()&*&()*_)
&)*^)_*)()*()^^&% mother()*&*&^)*()& let me die, I NEVER DIE!

and ragequits lol...buh bye now ******nbaggins.

Anyway this alt starts with an "N" haha

have a good one and lets get this guy lobotomized

You totally missed that part - he claimed the Bloodstone helped his spell crits.

I tended to avoid that guy ever since he bailed on a Shroud run that he formed, and figured I'd give him another shot on that character. However, as soon as he joined and couldn't figure out how to even get to the pre-raid, a couple of us started mocking him via tells. It was definitely worth the pain for the hilarious quotes he was throwing out there.

Ran with him once, and he went AFK as the main tank healer in VoD right before the second set of orthons popped. Will not run with him again.

Sometimes when I see him with an LFM up, I send /tells to the people in the group (if I know them) to give them a heads up. I'd hate for anyone to have to group with him.

Also, I'm farming for a bloodstone on my sorc. Spell crits are where is AT with that thing!!111~~!one!

Last night he formed a TOD, had ten people when I saw a name I recognized, so I sent this person a tell with a friendly warning. About ten minutes later I got a tell saying he dropped this TOD he had formed to go run a von6 epic..... best of all he asked these people he just bailed on to save him a spot......it doesn't get much better than that.

I noticed that many of them joined another ToD immediately after that. I also saw that it was specifically looking for a FvS to kite? LOL

I've run a few PUG Shrouds with him, and I can't say that I've had any serious issues.

Granted, I go along as frontline dumb muscle, so my view of the critical moments is somewhat obscured by Harry's well-toned...scales.

Thanks for the heads up, though -- I'll be keeping my optics on.
