levelling bug

I currently cannot level my wizard from 12 to 13; Ingame support directed me to bug reporting. Made my bug report, and now wait i suppose, I'm curious if any1 else is having this same problem or if im just (ugh) special. Does anyone have any info on how long it useually takes for gm's to fix something like this?

i speak to the trainer and am able to go thru the skill allotment screen, the spell selection, then I click the finish button and I get an error message "(error): Invalid advancement data"
