Exclamation Trying to buy DDO points with Ultimate Game Card Not working,

Well make it short the DDO store is asking for a 25 digit number while the card I got at the local 7/11 is a 10 digit, so whats up? something special I have to here? The only other option I got is using my card part of the subscription by paying via pay by cash website , which I dont want to do since I am already a paying for one.

We're looking into reports of this type of issue. In the meantime, I encourage you to submit an Account Management inquiry, so that we can research your specific case (please be sure to include the code from your Ultimate Game Card). I apologize, but we're not able to assist with account specific issues on the forums, as noted in this sticky.

You might also want to confirm with Playspan (the company that owns/manages/sells Ultimate Game Cards) that the card was properly activated.

Don't follow the instructions on the back of the Ultimate Game Card or you will hit a dead end and have to phone tech support to get it resolved.
In your MyDDO you can access a gamecard page where you select the Ultimate Game Card, enter the 10 digit number and get 1200 points. Easy.

I screwed up with my 1st card and ended up on hold for 40 minutes to end up with a 30 day subscription. The fellow on the phone told me about the myddo thing though so for my 2nd card I had no trouble.

Be sure to enter it through your DDO account not your Turbine account.

... do you have a direct link to this ? .. ive tried, but cant find a single place where to enter the ultimate card... it seems to be the ONLY card available to play here in Philippines.... and i dont want to waste thousands of pesos for something that could turn out not to work......

In order to redeem an Ultimate Game Card for Points you must log into the game. Then open the store, and click the option to "Add Points" (top right next to your point balance). Then click the option to "Redeem My Card!" and select the correct type on the next page. Enter your card and submit!

    Hey all,

First of all I felt really dumb, but this is the first time I have purchase a game card. With the Ultimate Game card there are 2 numbers on the back, 1 at the very bottom that is useless and means nothing apparently, then there is the code that is under the scratch off film positioned where you would sign a credit/debit card.

If you are experiencing issues make sure that you have scratched off the film to reveal the code and save yourself the trouble of confronting that 7/11 clerk who for some reason did not give you a receipt and telling him that he needs to activate the card. LOL

Ultimate Game Card worked fine for me. But is that OK that for a 20$ UGC I get only 1200 Turbine points? A lot more expensive then buying TP directly (which doesn't work for many players, neither with CC or Paypal).

Default Ultimate Game Card/PayByCash turnaround time?

I got two *physical* Ultimate Game Cards from Walmart, but was unable to enter them into the PayByCash window (transferred there by UGC when using the Turbine/DDO 60-day subscription link) because UGC wasn't listed as an option (only cash by mail, check, fax, etc.). After submitting a query to Pay By Cash, they asked for the DDO order number and the UGC PINs from the cards to do them manually.

So, my question is...has anyone done this and how long does it normally take? I'm not a zerger and don't mind waiting, but am curious as to how long the wait will be? Has anyone else used a manual form of payment (specifically *hard* UGCs) with Pay By Cash?

Please note that PayByCash is a separate company. For help with their payment processes, please contact them directly.
