Computer crashes/reboots

Yeah, none of my other ~80 games do this, but it seems that in the first instance I got the place where you swim for the key. Just before that crash and computer reboots. OK, I take it as random crash and log back on but about 30 seconds in the game it happens yet again. Dont mind the game crashing, but as it boots my comp its pretty darn annoying.

My specs are:

CPU: Intel E8500
RAM: 4gb (limited by 32 bit xp)
GPU: ATi HD 4870
SFx: Creative X-Fi xtrememusic
Windows XP 32bit

Dont know what it is, but this game seems to be worth a try, but currently it seems impossible.

E: Third time ingame and so far its been stable for good amount of time. Atleast I got through that tutorial instance.

Ok, go to your command console and type "DxDiag" and post the results.

Also, I noticed you are using Windows XP. If you downloaded the "High Res Client" you may need to make sure that you are not trying to play the game with DX10 turned on. While rare, I have seen games running in DX 10 cause a "Fatal Error" and reboot the PC if the machine is not DX10 capable.

From the System applet, Performance Tab > Startup and Recovery...disable Automatic Restart.
