This is tough on a 28 point build. Your going to have to squeeze out enough dex to atleast take the first TWF feat or your attack bonus will be so low you wont hit on a 10 or less on normal. 13 dex could be hit by taking 1 out of str and 1 out of con. I wouldn't lower wissdom and I think you get more bang for your buck out of 19/1 cleric fighter because of the extra feat. With the fighter feat you could pick up TWF (with a +2 dex tome) and be able to keep the rest of your feats.

    Default Hmm...

    Welcome back to DDO!

I think your feat order is dodgy. You want quicken and maximize fairly early - consider this:
    1 Empower healing (1)
    3 Extend
    6 Quicken
    9 Maximize
    12 Improved critical:slash
    15 Toughness
18 Flavor to taste - MT is nice, but is it really worth a feat? Possibly empower or a combat feat

The point about diping fighter 1 or 2 is also good if you want to get TWF

I think energy of the zealot III & IV and Dwarven faith II are nowhere near worth it - consider the unyielding sovereignty and/or Radiant Servant enhancements. IMAO, they're both made of WIN.

    (1) If not planning on healing so much, you may want to remix that for empower

EMpower Healing on level 1 doesnt do anything else then make healing more expensive sp wise. The first level you gain sp with empower healing is level 4 spells. I like starting out with thoughness.

You lost me? I wasn't looking to TWF dwarven axes. Although I did joke around about doing it on my 32pt build. lol

p.s. I took toughness at 3...at that point I was eligible for 20hps from enhancements.

At the moment, Dwarven Axes give glancing blows (while wearing a shield) if you have the THF line. If you are not going TWF, you might consider getting a fighter level or two for the extra feats. I am not sure if Greater THF does something at the moment, so improved may be enough?

Then the post wasn't clear on that. Just asumed you were planning on dual wielding Daxes because sword and board isn't that common.

True, but it's for later. That being said, please yourself.
