Can't purchase points

So the DDO store said it couldn't update my billing information just a bit ago. I was trying to buy the 6900 Turbine points for $50 and get the monk class for the discount that was being offered. Because of the billing problem I wasn't able to get the points. Any ideas about how I can solve this problem?

Not an official, but maybe use PayPal either draw funds into your paypal account before purchase or direct Credit card draw via Paypal and see how you go.

But I guess location might be an issue as well.
