Here is the proof of guards and specifically disintegrate hitting the Hound while she's not ready.

The first disintegrate comes in at 1:48 you can notice by the spike in her HP. The second disintegrate comes in at 3:09 which is clearly visible by the display as well as sound and spike in her HP. This video also provides proof of corrosive salt hitting her as well as steam and many crushing waves. Thank you!!
