    Default account problems

    im from the philippines and everytime i try to buy points the server says we cannot serve your region....then how come i was able to apply and pay for VIP account? pls advise

    The DDO store has additional levels of security, since multiple purchases can be processed in a single day (where the VIP subscription can only be billed at most once monthly). You can find information about requesting assistance with a manual purchase of points on your account in this sticky. You can call or email with your information and the Account Management department will be happy to assist you.
