I've found the belt recently, does the additionnal damage only works when you have both items ? And what's the total damage bonus ?

Yes you do need Lorenthor's Belt and Ring to get additional 3d6 dmg vs Evil Outsiders if you have Tier 3 KOTC.

i hve both items and KOTC teir 3 the damage is another 1d6 on top of the 1d6 u get for being KOTC

KOTC Tier 3 gives u +4d6 dmg vs evil ousiders (and undead).
This set (Lorenthor's Belt + Ring) gives +3d6 additional dmg if u have KOTC tier 3.
So 7d6 total.

How can you be so wrong and have the lorinthor set??? i doubt you even have a tier 3 kotc...

The set bonus doesn't apply to undead like the enhancement does.
