why 6 bard?

if you go 18/2 you get assassin 3 and free vorpals also not sure where you are going with the spring attack line

The level splits work against you.

You'll only get a +3 to hit and +4 damage from your song with 6 bard. Going to 8 Bard will get your song up to +5/+6 and will also give you 3 3rd level spells. I would consider 8 Bard the minimum for a melee oriented Bard Splash.

On the Assassin side, you mis out on the Vorpal strikes at 18 and only get Assasinate at 12. But that's mased on your Rogue levels and Int bonus, niether of which are particularly high.

A 12/8 Mechanic would probably be better, but it would be hard to pull off because of the number of feats required and the fact that niether Bards nor Rogues have any aplicable bonus feats.

Oh well. I see what you mean. It was a concept build. I like bard, but am a better rogue. I thought if I went spell singer I could do light CC while I SA while the rest of the group is rushing them from the front.
