and afaik quick draw is bugged and doesn't improve the attack rate with thrown weapons. though some confirmation would be nice

Nah. You are upgrading from super-gimped to seriously-gimped. Its a step in the right direction. And really, you should be applauded for knowingly creating gimped builds. A lot of people around here would be scared to post that or own up to making it.

You got the build all wrong... The proper Min/Max version of this build idea would max out Str and then use the new feat Brutal Throw, haste boost IV and extra action boosts to increase your damage.

This way you can tell people who critize your build that it is one of those new U5 Min/Max builds that require an elite player to make them work properly... and since you made up this build you are obviously a REALLY elite guy!

Ummm, I am maxing strength and using brutal throw. Halfling max starting str is 16 and I only have dex at 17 so I can qualify for improved precise shot with a +2 tome. As far as the brutal throw, it is not in the planner version I was using and as noted above the build it will be in place of the first toughness feat listed there.
