C+. Plenty of nice things in a few areas (wizards, clerics, monks, rogues, sorcs if they want the spells, guilds...) but a few things that are typically viewed negatively elsewhere (TWF dropping from "Best" to "Very good", DPS builds having to work around all the meele changes, Twitch-exploiting dying loudly) and loads of little errors everywhere (AH messing up, glitches, token eating).

they nerfed twf because it was overpowered, not to reduce lag
they removed the offhand collisionscheck to reduce lag

they could have left the attackrate alone while still reducing lag, but they didnt

Overpowered? Compared to what? TWF feat should assume you can use your left hand just as well as your right. It is called Ambidextrous (spelling). With the feat, (Eyebrow's raised) it should be no question that I can use my left hand just as well as my right. I laugh in your face.
