Double clicking or clicking the festival mask just removes the current helm graphic rather then change it to match the appearance of the mask. Is that working as intended? The bonuses do apply however and I also noticed you can't "equip" the mask either.

I hope not. It's rather disappointing. I wanted something to change the look of my ugly helmet, I could have just used showhelmet off if I wanted to go bareheaded.

I submitted a ticket, it's not a known issue...
So I submitted a bug report...
Meanwhile I'm stuck with either a fugly helmet, or no helmet.
No mask, no joy

I noticed this too
But you do get the buff from it.
So I just threw it out and got the other mask at least that one is working.
