Profile Issues

I'm more curious about this then anything else..

when I view my profile page on MyDDO, it does not list my character's name. There are 2 characters names listed on a different server, but they're not mine (they appear to be 2 lvl 1 characters that were created but never played). For whatever reason, I can't list my character on my profile. Anyone have any suggestions on how to correct this issue??

My.DDO.com is still in a Beta (testing) status. Many things do appear to have delayed updates at this time. If you have more questions, please contact the Forums department by clicking on the link in my signature and completing the form there.
