The ScrEAAmer is a ranged character. The ScrEAAmer is squishy. The ScrEAAmer is not very good to solo on. The ScrEAAmer has diplomacy though, so he might make it out okay.
The int tome is mostly un-needed, but I felt diplo would be rather important as those rogue levels stacked on. The dex tome is required for Improved precise shot. So what do we have? A 9d6(7base, +2 Assassin) + 12 sneak die ranged character with many shot, improved precise shot and Arcane Archer goodies. Sounds like a wack of damage in the right hands, and probably the best use for diplomacy you'll ever find.
