Don't end a skill with ".5" - only whole ranks count in DDO.

Consider taking Dwarven Axe Attack instead of Damage for lower levels, then exchange enhancements later. You benefit more from the added chance to hit at low levels, and benefit more at high levels from doing more damage when you hit

I would take FB2 at level 12, the added crit multiplier is nice and immediately noticeable. FB1 is much less of a boost, you could take that at 11 if you wish.

Since you are pushing back the prestige lines, consider pushing back cleave (and possible power attack as well) till you need them. Cleave is generally worthless, and power attack needs you to get a few levels (BAB) under your belt before you can reliably have it on all the time. If you leave your enhancements as is, consider this order:

    1- TWF
    3- Toughness
    6- ITWF
    9- Imp Crit
    12- PA
    15- Cleave
    18- GTWF

If you move FB2 to level 12, consider this feat order

    1- TWF
    3- Toughness
    6- ITWF
    9- PA
    12- Cleave
    15- Imp Crit
    18- GTWF

(assuming your primary weapon is keen, otherwise move imp crit lower)

Lower your PA level depending on how often you are missing in actual combat.

Adjust your jump score to account for a 40 ceiling, you're at 25.5 now unraged (odd str number). Take into account fully raged (6), rage potion/spell (1), madstone boots (1), ToD ring/belt (5.5), frenzy (1), Death frenzy (2), yugo potion (1) as reliable "constants", and adjust your skill investment downward.

Also, with skills, consider a +2 int tome for the extra 13 skill points it will bring you. Haggle (vender cash), heal (shrine HP boost), or tumble (safer falling distance) make life a little more convenient, but are not worth going out of your way for.

    Hope it helps

I will be balancing out my skills to whole numbers, but for jump i only need 15-17 and will be maxed out when raged. Which could give me extra for balance, tumble, spot, heal, and haggle.

    For strength:
    Str 18 +5 level ups, 23, +6 item, 29, +3 tome, 32. +12 rage, 44, +6 double Frenzy = 50

    Dexterity:
    Dex 15 - +2 tome for 17 qualify for iTWF, +5 item = 22

    Constitution:
    Con 16 - +2 enhance, +3 tome, +6 item, 27 base, +11 rage, +2 rage potion = 40 + dual madstone = 50, +2 yugoloth = 52

I have lowered my FB I to lvl6 and FB II to lvl12 but I'll keep my Feats in this order:

    1 - Two Weapon Fighting
    3 - Power Attack
    6 - Cleave
    9 - Improved critical: Slashing
12 - Improved Two Weapon Fighting
15 - Greater Two Weapon Fighting
    18 - Toughness

    Thanks for your advice

Don't forget the 3 exceptional str and con you can get from having ToD rings.
