A guildie of mine is having the following problems, please offer any helpful advice or point him in the right direction, thank you.
and here is the screenshothave tried rebooting my computer, redownloading the game (via repair) and various others. my friend came over and he could log into his account on my system but I cannot log into mine Please help... S.O.S

After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
