    Default Off-Hand Proc...

I know this may not be the right forums, but I know rogue do a lot of TWF. My question is does the TWF feats affect how often elemental damage in the offhand? For example, if I have a frost sword (extra 1d6 of ice damage) does it only go off depending on the TWF feats, or does it go off all the time still? What is affected by the TWF feats?

1)The elemental damage on your offhand-weapon is applied only on hits with your offhand-attack.
Offhand-attacks have a chance, depending on TWF-feats, to occur on any mainhand-attack.

2)The Chance to proc an offhand-attack depends mainly on your TWF-feats:
20% without TWF, 40% with TWF, 60% with ITWF or 80% with GTWF
The TWF-feats also lower the penalty for using 2 weapons (resulting in a better attack bonus)

Most effects on a weapon are only applied when you hit with this weapon, but some effects, like backstabbing or seeker, apply to all attacks.
