From one who is in a small guild, I have to pug a lot. I'm not interested in "trying" to complete a quest. I'm interested in completing.

When I form a group and you try to join and your from a known guild, weather I know you or not, your in. However, if I don't recognize your guild, or you are unguilded, I MyDDO everytime. Will this tell my how some one plays? No. Do I look for perfect gear/build? No. I simply make sure that I'm not accepting a sorc/rogue that started with 6-8 con, or a fighter with no heavy fort(and yes, I'll send a tell to verify this if I don't see it).

I'm not a jerk, nor do I see myself as elitist. I see myself more as a,"Get it done the 1st time." type. I know that there are better players and I enjoy playing with them. I like to think that I can 'hang' with the best, but having the 'best' is never a requirement I have in my groups.
