Do bards have CC spells that target the undead, constructs or other such non-humanoids?

No spells, but bards have access to 2 songs: Music of the Dead and Music of the Maker. Both songs will create fascinate undead and constructs, similar to your regular Fascinate song.

Both songs cost 2 Action Points each and require you to have either the Virtuoso prestige enhancement or Extra Song IV enhancment prior to that.
