Better confirmation of guild disband

Well, our leader accidently disbanded our guild today. As we were only level 8, it's no problem, however if we had for example airship already, some people could get angry. It would be good if the confirmation of disbanding would be like in character deletion (you would have to type the name of guild). Or make the disband button shown only when something in UI options is checked on (defaultly off of course), as disbanding is not something you do often.

if your leader accidentally disbands your guild.... join an new one or get a new leader.

He claimed, that he just wanted to weed out some inactive members and was doing it in hurry. As the order of the buttons changed, he clicked on disband rather than dismiss and then just clicked ok. Now guilds matter, so disbanding shouldn't be so easy.

They should make it such that you cannot disband a guild with members - dismiss all members before disband is allowed.

Anyway, this just shows another big flaw in the whole Guild thing. Why join a Guild and let yourself be at the mercy at someone's butter or whimsical fingers?

And Renown - I still would like to see renown being tracked for each member, and having some kind of reward for earning them for each individual. Like say if you have Renown > 10% of what the Guild has in total, you cannot be dismissed.

I lost my 1st guild by accidently deleting the leader toon.

I lost my 2nd guild by the same method discussed in this thread.

I'm premium so I paid for both sigils.
