DDO customer service is getting better

I was in a party tonight on Made to Order elite. Someone had the last Crest of Snake to go forward to the final boss ARN-01D encounter. That someone died twice, and then DC'd and the item was lost. Filed a ticket, a GM responded within 3 minutes. I must applaud the GM and Turbine for providing a great customer service experience tonight. I must say I am very lucky. I only had 5 tickets in entire 4 years of DDO and all of them has been responded within 15 minutes.

yes, you seem to have better than ave luck with them. not the standard reaction time though,or not the same answer as standard,(cant help you ticket closed). well congrats to your quick dev fix and may they get off their asses and give everyone the service they deserve instead of the service they have been giving! which has been extremely poor!

The last quest in the chain last fight. The Devil at end perma shields herself. I have killed everything. 50 minutes later no response from Devs. Finally started over.

Was particularly upset about this because I spent a VERY long time trying to get that gate open with the 4 wheels. "i'm not good at puzzles".

Im guessing that Turbine has thrown every available GM out there to take care of the AH related issues, so you just got lucky and got one that wasn't extremely busy (or they just ran out of people to help^^).
Or they really are improving themselves.

Either way - good times, but whether it'll last - we'll see.

I usually get really fast response times, but I have never to this day had a GM provide any help. its always" I can't help, file a bug report"
or "you're screwed go away"

Just throwing in my own personal experience in the past few days (but before the Update -- I can imagine they're inundated atm).

Delera's Elite, Part 3, opened the 5th lock, Gygax announces that Delera is awakened. Mobs in the room spawn and die quickly, but...no Delera!

10 minutes later my ticket is answered in /tell, the GM tells me he will be there shortly. About 7 minutes later, Delera spawns suddenly and the GM /t's me at the same time with 'Your problem should be solved now.' Very good turnaround, and my first and only with CS so far. I was very pleased (and thankfully, had been expecting it to go that way, so the empowered and maximized spells were waiting on her muhahahaha!).

So far its a 50-50 chance for me. One was a mob not spawning to complete the quest, the other was not allowing to teleport me into a blocked area of another quest to clear an optional (despite me exiting the area in a legit way using DD)
