Party Chat

Hi guys..

Well I'm having a problem in-game, and since I can't post in the "in-game" forum, I'm trying to post it here...


Well, me and a friend of mine, yesterday, were playing and everthing was all right, we started a party and went to have some fun!! Then she logged off and I stayed playing, since we were in the middle of a quest, but I never ended the party. She was still in the party.

A few hours later, I was still playing and she logged in, and we were in a party again, since I never left the party nor kick her out of the party, but there was a problem in the party chat... I could send a text to her, but she wouldn't receive, and couldn't type anything in the party chat... Ok, we thought it was just a bug and let it be... We played a little more, and both of us left the game.

Well, today, me and the same friend (she is in my "friend list") start playing, we were in the fisrt city (forgot the city's name), we met and start a party, and, yet again, the party chat wouldn't work! Today she could read my messages, but couldn't write anything in the "party channel"....

I was wondering... What might be the problem??? She is, right now, trying to install the game again, but if that same problem happens again, what should we/her do??

Lol, I had the same problem with my friend. You too check your ignore list:
/squelch add/remove to/from list [put name here]

and to check the list:
/squelch list

Now, if you still keep having the problem after you both removed each other from that list (if you even were in one of each other's lists) check your friend list, that's how i worked it out with my friend, I didn't have him in my list but he had me in mine. So... check if you have one each other in the friend list. If you both have each other so just try removing each other and then adding back (same with the ignore list /squelch).
By the way, I have NO IDEA how this is connected to the party chat problem but the Friend List thing worked out for me.

We tryied the hole thing and nothing... she still can't say anthing in the Party Chat...

What else could it be?

Just a thought, but make sure she has the proper tab clicked at the top of the message box. Make sure the party tab (or general tab) is up and not like the guild or combat tab.
