Default Str based Quarterstaff Rogue 13/ monk 7

This is my first attempt at a build. I decided to try this for the extra attack speed of the 2nd tier monk stance.
I also wanted to be able to heal myself and group members if needed so I took the Dragon marks instead of other feats. So I won't be removing them....
What could I have done to make it better? What did I mess up on, besides the enhancements at lvl 20?

Light Monk itself, I've found, is quite a bit of backup healing. The Curse combined with the Finisher.
Although there does seem to be some free feats in such a class combo so the Marks aren't a bad choice.

I'd go less Dex and more Str or Con if I could. Maybe not dump Cha so much if you want UMD.
I'd rather take a second Toughness over Diehard, but that's me. Or some other feat.
    Former Xoriat-er. Embrace the Madness.

Realized that Haggle was pointless raised some skills that I thought would be better for the build.

    Any suggestions?
