When I log in to DDO at work, when at the character select screen I am unable to click any of the buttons. When I mouse over things like Enter and Create, it highlights but clicking on them does nothing. Any known resolutions for this?

Something about the computer i guess
Well... I guess it's something about the PC's mouse...
Check the connection of the mouse.
If everything is alright with that so check in the options (Ctrl+O) the mouse settings. it might be something there. If your not sure so "Default" it.
I'm sorry, with all my problems in this game (computer crashes, can't download, can't use PBM, cant chat, cant speak with a microphone and much more) I never got into a problem with the mouse moving/clicking.
If none of this works there is always a chance you have missing files... if that is the problem you should re-install/download the game.

Problem is I can't download via the standard downloader, it won't let it. I have to download the file somewhere else.
