Need help with a song/buff build.

Hey everyone,

I am TRing an extra character and I want to make him into a pure song/fascinate/cc/buff bard. He might fight some, but I am going to bring him for our small group to 100% support everyone else. Is there a build that focuses on fascinate and cc? If so, could someone post a link to it?

Thank you in advance for the help. If he can do some dps great, but really looking to make a buffer/cc/fascinate bard.

My current build (32pt)
Human SPellsinger
Str: 15
Con: 15
Cha: 18

Feats:
1) Toughness
1) Extend
3) Spell Focus: Enchant
6) Maximise
9) Spell Focus: Enchant
12) Quicken
15) Spell Pen
18) Heighten

Buffs: Every bard can buff... this build is strong (war chanter better)
CC: As strong as you can get with a bard - spell and song based
Healing: Very good - you can heal most content.
DPS: Poor. However, you do know one end of a blade from another.
