Auctions Dissapear, no refunds and turbine doesnt care ?

I know a few of my auctions disappeared but i didnt loose more then 20k PP. I have few friends that lost over 100k PP from auctions and after submitting tickets turbine didnt do anything about all those items they lost.
I know few of them are VIP and i thought since VIP players pay you each month you would care what they have to say and fix the issue caused by the patch which you didnt test properly.

I am already considering dropping my VIP status because of this screwed up situation.

There is also TONS of guilds advertising in the grouping system and nobody seems to care, i dont want to see some guilds ad while looking for a group and i am sure it will get worse and soon i will have to scroll 3 pages just to find the real quest groups.

Yep i posted somethin on the general forums and got it locked down right after Tolero responded to it saying that we need to wait till they fix it. I want to know when is that gonna be, after everyone left that got mad about losing there stuff and they never return anything? I mean the patch was Monday its Thursday .. i got 2 days at the most and all my posts i opened to find nothing there will disappear .

Please i want my stuff back .. no game in there right minds would take stuff from people that they spend there time getting. There is no fun in that.

I just received a responce to one of my tickets from one of the tech people that stated they are aware of the problem and trying to fix it. So I will be waiting to see what happens the items still have 2 weeks timer on the mail.

You don't need to "do" anything if you were already hit by the bug. We did a big data comb to find folks who were hit. There might be some minor steps you need to take prior to the next fix, but for now, just await further instruction. We've got you

Because if Turbine replied to all the new threads that are started by people instead of reading the threads that are already up they would get RSI.

5 DAYS since the patch !!!!!!!!! i want my stuff back .. Why cant u give our stuff back!!!! im sorry im getting really mad .. i spend money on this game and i keep waiting for further instructions but there isnt any STILL. How long is this gonna be .. till everyone forgets or leaves or doesnt care anymore ? Plz give me my stuff back.

Is it the items you want back or is it the money you actually are missing? If the items were on the AH were you selling them, or did you accidently post, or were you using the AH/Mail system for storage? (ie: put item up for sale at ridiculously high price then wait for it to expire and then store message with item for 3 more weeks)

In any case Tolero says a fix is in the works and if you submitted a ticket it will get fixed. Glitches happen when new aspects are added, unfortunately this one is a pretty bad. Maybe this will trigger an upgrade to add some features to the AH that have been long needed, ie: searches, sort by price ascending/descending, etc...

I hope I have not offended anyone by this post. But the upside is this may all bring some good things to the game overall. Hope this gets cleared up for everyone asap.

The biggest worry is that for players the only indication of an expired auction item is the message you get in your inbox. That message expires and disappears meaning if it takes Turbine days and weeks to fix this players woul dhave to write down the stuff that were not returned. If the stuff was scanned already and they know whatr's missing then I suppose there's nothing to worry...

the issue I find that has been occuring is that there are rumors that the issue was fixed and ppl are checking expired auction mails only to find that stuff still isn't there.
I'm in the process of losing at least a +1 crippling khopesh of enfeebling and a +1 axiomatic bastard sword of tendon sice 4% due to looking. It happens yes, but also it is expected that if an issue is caused by an update, then they are obligated to fix the issue within a reasonable amount of time or compensate. So, either way, things will be lost, and things will be replaced, or compensated for.. It's just a matter of how much patience an individual has.

A few of mine dissapeared to, but I allready know that5 I won't get anything back because I wasn't online when they saw my ticket. I don't know where that information is and would be very happy if it actually appeared somwhere.
