I sent in 2 tickets today about LR+3ing my Wizard18/Rogue2 into a pure Wizard in order to obtain the new wizard spells that were added in U5. Upon reaching level 19 in wizard I did not get the option to obtain new spells, so I submitted a ticket.
The GM +Rockeater+ Updated my ticket saying it was a known issue, and closed my ticket, he did not send me a tell, and did not allow me to respond, all I get is a ! in my upper corner.
I submit another ticket, specifically expressing my disgust with the lack of ability to respond to the gm, and also commenting on the ticket this this "known issue" does not appear in the known issues post on the forums unless I am completely missing it. Again the ticket is closed without giving me a chance to communicate with the GM.
I spent 1395 Turbine points on a +3 lesser reincarnation, thats ~$14, I paid money for an item that did not function as intended, and waited for a GM to correct this for me. All I wanted was a few scrolls I'd pay for the inscription materials myself, or my turbine points back because I did not get what I paid for. Not only that, each time I submitted a ticket, I waited more then 30 minutes for a responce to not even get to talk to a GM.
I am appaled by the complete lack of my disreguard by the customer service, they didn't even give me the may the silver flame be with you line.
