Moving the UI on screen items?

HI,
I also play Lotro..so I can move the oncscreen stuff with CTRL \...cant do that here and cant find the key if any...Can anyone help with this? Also is there a site with DDO UI skins?

I didn't understand what you want to do, but the site with DDO UI skins is the same of LoTRO: http://www.lotrointerface.com/downloads/index.php?

In LOTRO if you hit CTRL \ you get the placeholders for all the screen items that the UI has, and you can move them to whatever position you want. That doersn't seem to work for me in DDO so I wondered wehat the key were.
