LR wizard question

I was thinking of lesser reincarnating my wizard to get the new pale master spells. Is this possible? I memed' most of my spell book before levels, so will i be able to inscribe the new spells as i level (rather than paying an arm and a leg for the scrolls on the AH)?

To clarify I am a level 20 wizard. With a complete spellbook (pre mod 5). If I lesser reincarnate can I pick up the new spells from mod 5 (sonic blast,death aura,ect.)? Most of my spellbook was memerized before level, so woulld I still have the option to sellect the spells that are not in my spellbook? Just would hate to lr and find all my spells gone that I previously memerized.

There were issues with spell picking after LR/GR, I don't know if they are still active after the last update.

I'm not sure your plans would work, but I can't explain why
