I was just coming to post my build, and it's almost the same thing, but I went Dwarf with a major emphasis on the dwarven war axe. Seems like I'm way more combat focused than you are and you pull ahead on the traps a bit due to enhancements. From what I understand, at a certain point as long as you have max ranks Search/Disable Device, you'll be a 99% of the traps Rogue, where getting to 100% means going Mechanic and basically becoming a one trick monkey. Mine is pretty Tome intensive, I really think a build like this has to be since it's so stat dependent (STR based attacks, 17 Dex for ITWF, High CON for HP's as a melee and of course, INT for skills).
Hope you don't mine me piggy backing your thread, but I figure it's easier for everyone than making another 13/7 thread.

A few questions? Is Stunning Blow worth it? It seems like it has synergy with Kensai (which in turn has synergy with Bluffing Sneaks etc. .). Does Assassinate count as a combat feat? I know Kopesh is a strictly better weapon, but will the Dwarven Axe Mastery feats compensate to equal or superior for this build? Are the skills high enough for a 99% Rogue? The stats good enough to shine in combat? Would dumping points into Diplomacy help my survivability significantly? I took 7 Fighter mostly for Critical Accuracy 3, would it be better taking another class? Barbarian for speed/Rage? Can you Assassinate while Raged?
