TP Stacking

I have a question about Turbine Points. (Im f2p)
. . . in a story.
I had two characters in Thelanis. Both had around 200-300 TP.
Before deleting one of them, I decided to spend his TP on stuff.
I got it to 1 TP.
I checked on my other toon. I got 1 TP too!
So this leads me to my question . . .
do TP earned stack between characters?
Like, if you get 25 free TP in one char (same server) and another 25 free TP in another char (same server) does that add up to 100 TP to BOTH chars?

TP is linked to your account. Each character can earn TP, but it goes into a pool/bucket that is used by your account. For example, if you buy 5000 TP, any toon can spend these points, but each toon does not get his/her own 5000 points to spend.

TP is not bound to your character. It's by account. So TP earned by any of your characters is shared among all of them. I think you've just probably wasted your TP.....

You have one account for your TP that are earned on any toon on any server. So if your first toon on one server earns 25TP and your second toon earns 25TP, you will have a total of 50TP to spend. Then if you go to another server and have a toon earn 25TP, you will have a total of 75TP.

I guess thats lesson learnt well . . . the hard way. XD
I see that I have to earn more TP and NOT spend it on stupid things.
